For help, access or correction requests, email grant.p.reinhart@gmail.com. Describe the workspace and the problem. Include a project link if useful; never send passwords, API keys or private exports unless specifically requested through an agreed secure channel.

Saving and recovery

Every editing workspace shows its save state and a Recovery button. If saving stops, export your current draft there. Dictionary and Atlas have separate documents; Encyclopedia, Ecology and Timeline share one document. A JSON export references stored images, so keep the originals as well.

Account deletion

Requests below require a verified account and recent sign-in. The operator processes them after confirming the request and checking owned worlds and images. The request does not immediately remove your data. Contact support to withdraw a pending request.

Sign in again within the last ten minutes. Export each workspace first. Deletion removes your account, owned worlds, publications, integrations and stored images. Contributions saved in another person’s world may remain without your account attribution.

Operational event records expire after 30 days. Provider logs and encrypted recovery backups have separate retention. Deleted accounts must be removed again if an older backup is restored; the operator checks deletion records before a restore is promoted.
